RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

Our turn-key residential design services start with an initial in-home consultation in which you will determine what scale project you would like to take on - redo or refresh. A redo involves completely redoing a space from the floor to the ceiling. A refresh would involve just small parts of spaces such as selecting new paint colors, window treatments, or new pieces of furniture while maintaining your other pieces.

OUR RESIDENTIAL DESIGN SERVICES INCLUDE

  • Measuring and space planning

  • Sourcing of furnishings and materials

  • Design presentation

  • Procurement of goods

  • Installation* and styling

PRICING

  • Initial in-home consultation: $150

  • Hourly rate: $100/hr

 

*Installation services will be performed by subcontractors, but arranged by Rebecca Blake Interiors. Installation costs are not included in our hourly rates.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Building a new home can be a very stressful process. We are here to walk you through every step of the way that leads you to a brand new beautiful home! We provide services for the new homebuyers as well as the builder of the home.

OUR NEW CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INCLUDE

  • Plan reviews and revisions

  • Exterior and interior finish selections

  • Paint color selections and schedules

  • Lighting selections and plans

  • Cabinet selections and plans

  • Plumbing selections

REMODELING

Remodels, like new construction, are very hands-on. Let us be your project manager. We can organize your project from start to finish to ensure everything gets completed as it should. We will start with an in-home consultation so we have a clear cut idea of what your vision is and work it into a reality!

  • Plan review

  • Guided selections process

  • Coordinating trades

HOME STAGING

Whether you are a homeowner, realtor, or builder, setting up a homey environment that appeals to the masses can be difficult. With our home staging services we can declutter, organize, and rearrange your furniture and accessories to create a space that is welcoming to all buyers. We even set up model homes that are geared towards your target market.

PRICING​

  • Per room rate: $150

E-DESIGN

E-Design services start much like our residential design services with an initial in-home consultation. From there we will create a virtual design, pick out your new items and provide the links for you to shop for them at your own pace.

OUR E-DESIGN SERVICES INCLUDE

  • Virtual design board

  • Curated shopping list to purchase furnishings and accessories through online vendors

PRICING

  • Initial in-home consultation: $150

  • Per room rate: $250
